For the 2025 ESS conference, I organized a full-day mini-conference alongside two colleagues. We reviewed submissions, curated five thematic panels, and coordinated a reception to facilitate networking among presenters. We are organizing the mini-conference again for the 2026 ESS and will arrange a reception following the panels.
