Biography

Amanda C. Sargent, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Bentley. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Science and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Marymount University and is a certified Job and Career Development Coach (JCDC). Her work can be found in publications such as Human Resource Management Review, Gender & Society, Human Performance, and Sociological Compass.
