Biography

Professor of Marketing with over 20 years of industry experience in merchandising and marketing. Industry experience as a Merchandise and Marketing Director for large and specialty retailers. I have a passion for understanding consumer trends, connecting brands with people and turning data into strategy. A creative and curious leader that motivates those around me. I am a teacher at heart and take pride in developing/training my team.

A strong communicator and recognized team builder, I am adept at developing sales and growth potential through the effective use of technology, systems, and training.
I truly understand the art & science of brands and merchandising.

My diverse industry experience includes merchandising, marketing, strategic planning, human resources, employee training/development, data analysis, brand management, relationship management, product development, financial planning/budgeting, and in-store merchandise execution.
