Biography

Jennifer J. Xu is a Professor of Computer Information Systems at Bentley University. She received her PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, social network analysis, FinTech, healthcare informatics, and human-computer interaction. She has published more than 100 articles in Information Systems journals, books, and conference proceedings. She is currently serving as Senior Editor at Journal of the Association for Information Systems (JAIS), and as Associate Editor at Decision Support Systems (DSS) and Information & Management (I&M).
