Abstract

There is an ever-increasing amount of diversity of study abroad students. However, our offices and programs have a ways to go when it comes to cultivating inclusive experiences for all students throughout each phase of the study abroad process - from advising to on-site to the re-entry phase. This session will use case studies to study the pitfalls and successes offices and programs have experienced when it comes to cultivating inclusion and offer prompts to facilitate discussions on how to implement inclusion in our own offices and programs.=
