This encyclopedia addresses critical issues lying at the foundation of collective living in a world where individualistic behavior has, in a growing number of instances, escalated into shortsighted and narrow-minded practices, much to the demise of large groups of living beings. Considering the many regressions our global society has endured in recent decades, induced by greed, racism, prejudices, egotism, social injustice, ethnocentrism, homophobia, and a wide range of destructive behavioral patterns, this work is intended to present learners and practitioners from myriad disciplines and performance areas an opportunity to tap into and find answers as well as inspiration toward doing the right thing.
