Abstract

Information security issues plague organizations despite countermeasure investment. Extant research examines general employees; we study individuals who are less or more satisfied than the average worker. Are security techniques as effective with unsatisfied employees as they are with satisfied employees? This technique may help organizations target their security efforts.
