Abstract
In this panel, we described how collaboration between communication and composition faculty with diverse specializations led to a revision of Bentley's first-year writing program to include a course in multimodal communication. We described the course development, training provided to faculty teaching the new course, and the course's efficacy in achieving its objectives.
